STRUCTURE

We tried to avoid complicated and confusing patterns when creating the managing structure. The fundamental managing principle is based on evaluation of personal engagement in accomplishing the mission of the Association.

Today’s structure of the Association is a result of a long-standing dynamic process during which standards of observing modern democratic principles have crystallised, such as: non-profitability, transparency, solidarity, humanitarianism and volunteering.

The Association is represented by the president while all the members form the Assembly which is the only managing body.

Of course, the Association is open for everyone who wishes to contribute to accomplishing its mission. You can first become a Friend of the Association (the Declaration of Friendship) and then you can make the first serious step by volunteering in one of our numerous projects.
